I greatly enjoyed this hip new hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. The room was clean and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a refrigerator as pictured in advertising. The atmosphere created was quiet. The location was marvellous, to reach city centre. A cool bonus was nearby Karap Cafe, that offered tea and coffee...

We stayed in the hotel during thanksgiving and we liked the complementary facts offered such as the fresh fruit basket in the room and the delicious thanksgiving dinner served in the hotel restaurant. the hotel is located in a bustling area with easy access to public transportation and local markets. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel could improve on the sound insulation of the rooms as noise from neighboring rooms and outside traffic could be heard. the breakfast was very basic and we were not given many options to choose from.

I spent a Christmas at this hotel and overall, my experience was positive. The first great aspect was the breakfast: the omelet was savory and the best I had tasted in a long time. Another thing that I loved was the friendly staff who made us feel at home. the hotel's location was convenient as it allowed us to easily access most of the city's attractions.
The noise level. The walls were thin, and we could hear everything outside our room.
